Warranty
Sometimes an order is damaged during transport or something else happens, which means you need to make a warranty claim. You can do this within two months of discovering the defect. You report this to us, and we will assess whether the defect is covered by the warranty. If so, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
We would appreciate receiving an email at info@ozotof.nl with notification of the damaged product and the following information:
* Order number
* Reason for claiming warranty
* Photo of the product or shipment where the damage is visible.
Complaints
It's always possible that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing info@ozotof.nl. If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
