If you are not completely satisfied with your order, this can happen. You can return it to us and we will ensure that you receive a refund including shipping costs*.
● You have 14 days to cancel the order and report the return. We would like to receive the return notification via email, info@ozotof.nl. After the registration you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
● If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
Returning items:
● Repack the items properly,
● Complete the form below and include it with your return or email it to info@ozotof.nl
● Write our return address on the packaging: Ozotof,Timothee 2,1648EB, De Goorn.
● Stamp the package and take it to a mailbox, DHL or Postnl service point. * These costs are for the account of the buyer.
Once we have received the items, we will refund the amount to you within 14 days.
