Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, which can happen, you can return it to us, and we'll refund the purchase price, including shipping costs*. You'll be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

You have 14 days to cancel your order and register your return. Please send your return notification by email to info@ozotof.nl. After registering, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

NOTE: If you had free shipping on your order and you return part of it, the €4.95 shipping fee will still be charged if the total order amount after returning is less than €50.

Returning items:

● Repack the items properly,

● Send an email with what you want to return and your order number to info@ozotof.nl

● Write our returns address on the packaging: Ozotof returns department, Timothee 2, 1648EB, De Goorn.

● Stamp the package and take it to a mailbox, DHL, or PostNL service point. *These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Once we have received the items in good order, we will refund the amount to you within 14 days.
