If you are not completely satisfied with your order, that can happen, you can return it to us and we will make sure that you get the amount including shipping costs* refunded. The return costs are for your own account.
● You have 14 days to cancel the order and report the return. We would like to receive the return notification via email, info@ozotof.nl. After the registration you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
● If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning it.
PLEASE NOTE: If you had free shipping on your order and you return part of it, the shipping costs of €4.95 will still be charged if the total amount of the order after returning is less than €50.
Returning items:
● Repack the items properly,
● Send an email with what you want to return and your order number to info@ozotof.nl
● Write our returns address on the packaging: Ozotof returns department, Timothee 2, 1648EB, De Goorn.
● Stamp the package and take it to a mailbox, DHL or Postnl service point. * These costs are for the account of the buyer.
Once we have received the items in good order, we will refund the amount to you within 14 days.
