Do you make everything yourself?
We make part of the collection ourselves, and we make all the papier-mâché items listed in the separate categories in our own workshop. We also cut and print the window stickers and cards ourselves.
Are paper mache products fragile?
Papier-mâché is fragile, but less so than, for example, a porcelain plate or a ceramic vase. The stemmed flowers are more fragile because they're glued to the stem, so don't bend the stem at the flower head.
Can you paint paper mache products?
Yes, you can paint our products yourself if you'd like a different color. We use matte chalk paint, but other water-based paints (recommended) are also an option.
Can I put food in a paper mache bowl?
Yes and no, unwrapped food cannot be placed in the containers. Our products are not waterproof. You could, for example, place a piece of baking paper or a nice tea towel in the container and put things like pre-baked rolls in that.
Is a paper mache product environmentally conscious?
Yes, our papier-mâché products are made from recycled paper. However, a small amount of wood glue is added to the product to prevent it from becoming too rigid.
How fast do you ship?
We usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, and more often within 1 day. This means you'll receive your package within 1 to 2 business days. Unfortunately, we can't do anything about delays at the delivery service. If we experience a delay, we'll notify you by email.
