I am always in favor of charities, as a webshop you can participate in that I think, every little bit helps. Every year there is a cause we want to donate this to. Over the years I have participated in various charities including Samenloop voor hoop, Kika and KWF. Because we have a big heart for animals and nature we want to support Stichting Dierenlot this year. Until the end of December we will donate € 0.50 to Sichting Dierenlot for every handmade card or poster purchased.
Why do we donate to Dierenlot, as I said we have a big heart for animals and nature. We believe that animals in need should be helped.
Far too many animals in the Netherlands still suffer an extremely miserable existence. They are locked up in cages that are far too small, sometimes seriously abused, wounded and thrown out on the street or simply left to their fate. This cannot and must not happen.
Stichting DierenLot is very concerned about the fate of these animals and wants to help them. We find it important to support local and regional, small and medium-sized organisations in particular. Because they have by far the most difficulty in financing their help. Think of shelters, animal shelters or organisations in the country that are involved in saving animals, such as animal ambulances. Stichting DierenLot works exclusively on request.
Of course we will announce the amount when the campaign is over. Or maybe we will let the campaign run longer, with us you never know ;)
